The Physician Behind The Falcone Center
Dr. Victoria Falcone has performed more than 5,000 liposuction procedures since 2006, built The Falcone Center around a $500,000-plus investment in four distinct technologies, and still believes no single approach is right for every patient. Board certified in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she treats liposuction, injectables, laser medicine, and functional medicine as parts of one connected practice, not four separate businesses sharing a waiting room.
A Career Built on Being First
Dr. Falcone was the first practitioner in the Delaware Valley to offer SmartLipo (January 2007), Body-Jet Liposuction (August 2009), and Custom Acoustic Liposuction, also known as Tickle Lipo (December 2009). She trained directly with the surgeons who introduced these techniques to the United States, then went further, adding advanced training in High-Definition VASER, fat grafting, lipedema treatment, ultrasound-guided BBL, and adipose-derived stem cell harvesting and grafting. Each technique solves a different problem: tightening skin, reducing discomfort, or preserving fat for use as natural filler, and Dr. Falcone decides which one your case calls for, not the other way around.
Extensively Trained, Rigorously Credentialed
Dr. Falcone graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University in 1995, in the top 5 percent of her class. She completed her medical training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, including a fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine, and her residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and Underwood Memorial Hospital in New Jersey. Board certified since 2000, she has spent the two decades since in continuous specialty training: liposuction surgery, aesthetic and laser medicine, functional medicine, obesity medicine, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy among them. She now trains other physicians nationally in these same techniques.
Beyond Liposuction: Injectables, Lasers & Whole-Patient Care
Dr. Falcone has administered Botox and injectable fillers since 2005, working with more than 20 filler types, from nano-fat grafting to semi-permanent options, and performing the Y Lift procedure herself. She also builds facial rejuvenation plans around laser treatments, skin care, and a clear-eyed recommendation to stop tanning, not just for cosmetic reasons but for skin health. Outside the Office
Dr. Falcone has visited all 50 states and seven continents, and she still trades travel recommendations with patients between appointments. When she’s not at The Falcone Center, she’s usually hiking somewhere remote, at a gallery, or listening to music, the same curiosity that sends her to conferences studying new liposuction techniques shows up everywhere else in her life too.
