- Gift certificate purchases with membership rewards are not permitted
- Membership payment rewards must be used within 12 months of payment
- The Falcone Center reserves the right to adjust program perks based on staffing, laser, or product availability

What’s the difference between Core and Elite membership?
Core, at $65 a month, covers neuromodulator, spa service, and retail discounts, ideal for patients focused on regular maintenance treatments. Elite, at $149 a month, adds filler discounts and 10% off a broader range of advanced treatments, built for patients on more comprehensive treatment plans.
Does membership cover AlloClae?
No. Elite membership’s filler discount specifically excludes AlloClae and Renuva.
Can I combine membership discounts with a current special or package price?
No. Membership discounts cannot be combined with promotions or package pricing, and they apply after any Alle or Aspire rewards are factored in.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, membership requires a 12-month minimum commitment, billed monthly by credit card. It cannot be prepaid, and it’s non-transferable and non-refundable.
