Buttock Enhancement
The Falcone Center offers more than one path to buttock enhancement, because not every patient wants, or is a candidate for, surgery. This page covers the two options that use your body’s own biology: surgical BBL, using your own fat, and Sculptra Butt Lift, using your own collagen response. For a non-surgical injectable option, see AlloClae.

Surgical BBL: Ultrasound-Guided Fat Transfer
For patients seeking maximum volume, The Falcone Center performs surgical BBL using your own fat, harvested via liposuction from a donor area (abdomen, flanks, or thighs) and transferred to the buttocks. Traditional BBL surgery carries real risks, most notably fat embolism, when transferred fat is inadvertently placed into rather than above the gluteal muscle. Dr. Falcone’s ultrasound-guided approach allows her to directly visualize the muscle layer during injection and place fat with greater precision above it, reducing this risk while still delivering full surgical-level volume, and contouring the donor site in the same procedure. See Fat Transfer & Liposuction technologies →
Sculptra Butt Lift
Sculptra takes a gradual approach. Rather than adding volume directly, it’s a poly-L-lactic acid injection that stimulates your own body to build collagen over a series of treatments, producing subtle, progressive lift and firmness. It’s a good option for patients wanting natural-looking enhancement with zero downtime, and results in the buttocks commonly last up to two years.
Considering a Non-Surgical Injectable Instead?
AlloClae is a non-surgical, in-office injectable that adds real, visible volume to the buttocks and breasts without surgery. It’s not a replacement for the dramatic volume a surgical BBL provides, but it’s a strong option for patients wanting contour enhancement without an operating room. See AlloClae →

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between surgical BBL and Sculptra Butt Lift?
Surgical BBL uses your own fat, harvested via liposuction and transferred under anesthesia, for the most dramatic total volume. Sculptra stimulates your own body to gradually build collagen over a series of in-office treatments, producing a more subtle, progressive result with zero downtime.
Is ultrasound-guided BBL safer than traditional BBL surgery?
Ultrasound guidance allows Dr. Falcone to directly visualize the gluteal muscle during fat injection, helping ensure fat is placed above rather than inside the muscle, the placement associated with the rare but serious risk of fat embolism in traditional BBL surgery.
Is there a non-surgical option?
Yes. AlloClae is a non-surgical injectable that adds real, visible volume to the buttocks and breasts without surgery. Learn more about AlloClae →
How long does Sculptra Butt Lift last?
Results commonly last up to about two years, building gradually over a series of treatments.
