Injectables
Dr. Victoria Falcone has been injecting neuromodulators (“Botox-type” treatments) since 2005. Rather than offering every brand on the market, she personally tests each product’s efficacy and longevity before adding it to her practice, which is why The Falcone Center recommends three neuromodulators: Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify. She does not offer Xeomin or Jeuveau, based on her direct clinical comparison of results and longevity against her three recommended options.

What Neuromodulators Do
Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify all work by temporarily relaxing the small facial muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, the lines that form from repeated expression, most commonly between the brows, across the forehead, and around the eyes (“crow’s feet”). Results typically appear within 3–7 days and last 3–4 months on average.

Dr. Falcone will recommend the specific product and dosing during your consultation based on your muscle strength, treatment area, and how long you want results to last, not a one-size-fits-all default.
What to Expect
Treatment takes about 10–15 minutes with no downtime, you can return to normal activity immediately, though we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and lying flat for a few hours post-treatment. Most patients describe the injections as a quick pinch.
Is It for You?
Neuromodulators are appropriate for adults who want to soften expression lines before they become permanently etched, or reduce the appearance of existing dynamic wrinkles, without surgery or downtime. They’re often combined with dermal fillers as part of a broader facial balancing plan, Dr. Falcone will discuss whether that combination makes sense for your goals at consultation. Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify?
All three relax the same category of facial muscles but differ in onset speed, spread, and how long results last. Daxxify is formulated to last longer (up to 6 months) than Botox or Dysport (typically 3 to 4 months). Dr. Falcone selects the product based on your treatment area and goals.
Why doesn’t The Falcone Center offer Xeomin or Jeuveau?
Dr. Falcone has injected neuromodulators since 2005 and personally evaluates each product’s real-world performance before offering it. Based on her clinical experience, she does not feel Xeomin or Jeuveau perform as well as Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify, and does not offer them.
How long do results last?
On average 3–4 months for Botox and Dysport, and up to 6 months for Daxxify. Results vary by individual muscle activity and metabolism.
Is there downtime?
No. Most patients return to normal activities immediately after treatment.
